Looks like there are a few interesting articles and difinitions up already. It appears though that they need to add synonyms for some words. Searching for kernel yielded no results. the page is titled “Linux Kernel”.

Linpedia is the first GNU/Linux encyclopedia designed to be read and changed by anyone. All the information you can find on our pages are distributed under GNU Free Documentation License, and can be read, changed, used for any kind of purpose by anyone. Our goal is to help oder users by providing them useful information about GNU/Linux. However, all of the users can participate by adding some useful information or documentation on our web site. That is the concept of our comunity. We believe the reader should be free and permited to copy and redistribute our documentation.
